I am a descendent of two Mexican immigrants both of which who've taught me what it is to value what you are given. At the age of 13 I enrolled into my first high school, Aviation High School, yet I had no clue in what direction to lead my life in all I basically knew was karate and dancing but they weren't an option in my parent's eyes. While I attended aviation high school I acquired many vocational skills that I could use to work and maintain aircraft in the industry, however the scarcity in jobs and plummeting economy made me realize that even that wasn't a safe job to have in my generation, therefore looking at my option I came up with the conclusion that college was my fate.
