A Doctor is someone that gives debilitated people medical treatment in order to make them feel better. He is also the person who helps people have a better quality of life; however, not all diseases are curable. Some treatments may help for a while but as time passes it is inevitable that the patient will die. There are many diseases such as cancer, Aids and muscular dystrophy etc. Euthanasia is certainly an option for these people who are in terminal illness suffering from incurable diseases. There are three categories for Euthanasia. Voluntary Active Euthanasia is when the patient expresses their wish to die voluntarily. Passive Euthanasia is letting someone die by omitting life saving treatment. Non- voluntary euthanasia is when the person is not able to tell people what they want and they are euthanized without their consent (procon.org).
