Fast food brings many bad effects to the health of American people, such as causing obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes so that we should consume more fresh food instead of fast food, and teach healthy food habits for everyone.

opinion, I will explain the advantages of using fresh food to our health, and some kinds of fresh food we should use. In addition, I think we should also teach everyone about healthy food habits by creating more food programs to educate people what we should eat. To make it clear, I will provide what are some examples of food programs and the advantages of them. All in all, it will be a long-term process to reducing fast food from our society and protecting our health, not just one or two-day process, so it will require the help from everyone to make the solutions work out.
