Ever since I was a little girl, having a family was something I always dreamed of. I grew up with 3 siblings close in age and had the time of my life spending my days with them. I watched my parents every day become more and more in love and proud of us no matter what. To this day, there is nothing I want more than to have a family of my own with the person I love when I am older. It is truly incredible how two people can create a human who has the same blood and DNA as you. I am interested in this because I am going to become a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit nurse and have previously spent many hours shadowing and volunteering in the NICU at my local hospital. A NICU nurse works with the babies who have special needs at birth.
