Many people may say that animal testing is good. However, many others oppose this act. In fact, this issue is very controversial. Many people try to justify animal testing, but fall short of making others believe them. Could we say that animal testing is moral and correct?
The answer is no. Animal testing is wrong. Animal testing is how lab technicians take innocent animals and test various types of products on them. They want to see if the product will hurt or help a human. In doing so, technicians may end up killing animals with products that are harmful. then it would make many headlines on the evening news, and of course, it would be stopped. On a daily basis animal testing in the Proctor and Gamble laboratories does go on, and yet none of this is even mentioned on the evening news. It just continues.
Although many argue that animal testing is cruel and immoral, some people find good things about it. One of them may be that if they find a certain drug that prevents or cures a certain disease, it can be used to save lives. In addition, if people find a certain conditioner that works, the company may get a great reputation. People see animals testing as taking precautions before letting people use the products. They prefer to see a guinea pig get a rash then experience one themselves, which is understandable. However, why test on animals, why not test something else, like a prototype of a human?
