I have a place in Marblehead, Ohio that I like to call my second home. I think it may be my favorite place on earth. It isn’t much, just a twenty-nine foot camper sitting right in front of the Sandusky Bay, but it means so more to me than just a place to go for the weekend. Marblehead is about one hour and fifteen minutes away from my home in Strongsville. My camper is located at a campground called Castaway Harbor and it sits right on the water. On a sunny day, there is nothing better than sitting in a lawn chair and watching all the boats cruise the calm bay.

right next to us and they come up every weekend too. They also own a boat, except it is no ordinary boat. It is a thirty-four foot Scarab III powerboat. It has two rebuilt 454 big block motors with 550 horsepower per motor. That’s 1100 horsepower in a boat, which is very extraordinary. The boat has great sound because it doesn’t have mufflers, and its exhaust makes me think of speed. The boat tops out at about seventy-seven miles per hour, which is blistering fast. We like to go places such as Kelley’s Island, Put-In-Bay, and Damon’s, on the boat.
I ride jet skis every weekend. They are not mine, (we sold our two to purchase our boat) but they are our friends who also come up every weekend. I absolutely love jet skis. I ride either a 97 GTX or a 95 XP. They are both made by Seadoo. There is a place called Bay Point where I like to go ride because the waves are just huge.
