Language as art

There are many different forms of art, whether it refers to a picture, a painting, a piece of poetry, or just a simple story. A lot of people don’t think of Language as being an art, but it is. Art means using symbols or words that influence and affect the human senses.
Writing in Calligraphy is considered an art, because of the way the letters are designed or drawn. In places like China, Japan, and Korea calligraphy is used as an everyday form of communication. In places like Spain, however, the Spanish language can be called art because of the way words or phrases roll or flick off the tongue.
