Liza Donnelly has been drawing cartoons about culture and politics for over thirty years. In addition to her acclaimed work for the New Yorker Magazine, she has written Op-Ed for the New York Times and is a columnist and cartoonist for, specializing in politics, gender issues and women's rights. In the first panel of the cartoon, one of them says, "I read that women in Afghanistan can't easily become police- they can only hold traditional female jobs." She has purposely written about the job of `police'. This is because the job of police requires physical and mental strength both at the same time.
