b. Corporate culture

Based on the strong culture of strong association among its employee, the company made its way to beat the establishing season of the business. This quality needs to maintain this culture, aside from its low-price policy to win the competition. Problem that usually exists with larger organizations, which the company will aim in the future, is lack of personal acknowledgment through all employees.
