One society whose Nationalist ideas that played a major role in the early 20th century was the Revive China Society run by Sun Yat-sen. After getting his education in Hawaii, he returned to Chine and focused his on the Chinese society, leading radicals in revolutions to attract attention. This created a resistance and was the century’s first revolutionary martyrs.
