I went to Miller Perry for my volunteer hours. I worked with Mrs. Cline and she’s the special education teacher. The kids I worked with all had ADHD. The main thing Mrs. Cline worked with the kids were the subjects they were having the most trouble with. She has two 1st graders, three 2nd grade students, five 3rd graders, four 4th graders, and four 5th graders.

With her 5th graders went over mainly reading and researching. The kids would go to the computer and research the topic of an animal they chose. The kids seemed to really enjoy this research project.
