One of the main considerations of organisational culture is that `as different and varied as the nations and societies of the world' (Handy, C. (1993), Understanding Organisations (4[th] edn), Penguin Business). This can be seen that the organisation sets of values, targets and beliefs depend on different elements in disparity structures and systems.
