After that she explained to me what a typical day of work is for her, here at O'Neill Health Care Center. Every morning she comes in to see if there are any new admissions, then she does insurance updates every day and that is to call and to see how many days are left on the insurance plan and if the patient needs to stay longer then she has to have the physician write up a document so then it can be submitted.
