imagination. The meaning of poetry is to give the reader a chance to use their imagination and figure out the purpose. It also gives the writer a chance to express his feelings the way he desires to. Poetry’s meaning all depends on the purpose that the writer is trying to get across. Every reader can interpret a meaning of literature differently.

There are many different styles and types of poetry. Not all poetry is written, some are formed to make songs that we hear on the radio.
