My First Car

My first car was an unforgettable experience, I learned a lot from that car and I also got a lot of good memories from that car. Some of the memories were funny and treasured, while the lessons I learned were hard and sucked but I learned a great deal from them. This car was an amazing experience in my life.
My first car was a 1988 Plymouth Reliant station wagon; it had a white exterior with a burgundy colored interior. on a Saturday morning in my dad’s truck to go get the car. Sounds pretty basic I know so why was it so memorable, well on our way down there we lost the trailer, and it was a good thing we were not on a busy road. We had hit a bump and it had knocked the trailer loose, then one big pothole in the road had knocked the trailer off the hitch, we drove for another half mile before I looked back only to see that there was no trailer. Luckily we there was harm to the trailer so we were able to hook it back up and made it the rest of the way with no more incidents but it is a funny story that me and my family like to look back on from time to time.
Now like I said this car also taught me a great deal like how to drive, basic maintenance, what fluids go where and where not to put certain fluids. I owned the car for about a year, within that year I drove all the time, one big thing I forgot to mention was that this car had a pretty bad oil leak so I was always having to buy oil ...
