Russian And French Revoloution

Both the Russian Revolution and the French Revolution occurred for many reasons. However, there are two main reasons which caused these revolutions and those are bad leadership and a bad economy. Russia and France were not satisfied with the way their leaders were ruling. Having the problem of bad leadership caused the many other aspects of the country to fail such as the economy. Problems caused the people to be angry and revolt.
In Russia the leaders ruled very harshly. Alexander the III and Czar Nicholas (his son), left no space for people to have opinions. The rulers had their harsh tactics and expected them to be followed exactly how they ordered it to be. For example, Russian ...

In France Louis XVI was not exactly ruling France too good either. People of France were constantly always listening to the ruler, as they were expected to. However, the French government was in great debt and had no central bank which was a big issue. The government thought they could repay their debt by taxing the people, and especially the poor people more. This was a bad idea because the poor people had barely any money and could not afford to pay the tax. People were not happy with the taxation and started to revolt with enlightenment ideas. People had many things that they wanted to change and they made it clear.
Many of the revolts scared the king and made him finally realize that the people were not joking around. When the royal family tried to escape France, people found out and they were sent back to France. People all around started to hate the king and wanted to get revenge on him.
