I support the quote that says, "The Sharia Law has no relevance in the World today in view of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights." The main reasons are that the Sharia Law is based on Muslim religion, its methodology, and it's also a legal system and a moral one too.
The Sharia Law is mostly based on Muslim religion, and the person who follows the law is only the devoted Muslims. The law is based on complex history, and religious texts such as the Quaran and Sunnah. Basically the law is written by the Prophet Muhammad. The law consist that all humans are equal and they all have right to change things like the government if the government failed. Sharia law is rather not balance so I believe that it has no relevance in the society or in the law.
