Definition of Social Intelligence:

According to E.L. Thorndike social intelligence is defined as “the person's ability to understand and manage other people, and to engage in adaptive social interactions.”(Kihlstrom) It is a simple term that is huge to any functioning business. Whether the decision is big or small, it still has its importance and needs to be truly evaluated in a rational amount of time. Every decision should be in agreement upon everyone, even if it takes some compromise.
