Suicide is the act of killing oneself as a result of depression or other mental illness. Suicide would be considered abnormal in the psychological world especially behaviorists. According to WHO, approximately 11.4 per 100,000 deaths by suicide occur each year. More than 19.4 per 100,000 suicides are committed yearly in the United States alone. But why do so many people commit suicide, what could possibly be worse than death?
