The third is Professional Knowledge. Professional knowledge to me is knowing what to do and what not to do in a professional environment. All classrooms are places where everyone should be on their best behavior, not just the children. Teachers especially should be able to handle their selves in any type of situation. They should dress, act, and teach like they were teaching someone they would want to impress, no matter what.
The fourth is Diversity. To me, all people need to know how to handle diversity, whether in a classroom or out in the real world. All people are different; it can be their color, their learning differences, and their personalities. Being a teacher, you have to know what to do in any given situation when this comes up. You never want to embarrass a student, or call one out for being different.
