When the two smartest monkeys, Ted and Jill, finally translated this note, they told all of the other monkeys how outrageous it was and the whole monkey room was in an uproar. Most of refused to clean up their peels when they were done just to show Gus and Barbara that they wouldn’t comply with everything that they told them to do.
