for rescue Piggy, Ralph ,and Simon they would always make Jack question his delusion. On one night Jack tried to compel them to forget rescue and a roast seeing as the meat would surely wake them from the thought of a rescue that would never occur. To this, the boys rallied and chanted lyrical chanting about slaughtering pugs. This enabled the thought of being invincible to the boys ,further into the night one of the boys yelled.
“Monster!” with the sense of delusional power Jack and his boys imagined Ralph was the monster in there blinded rage Jack and his boys attacked the unknown figure believing the monster to be the creature of darkness.
Scared to face the “monsters” true form , the frenzied horde mauled Simon only to realize after fatally impaling Simon multiple times. Shaken to the very sole of his being Jack Broke.
