Established in the educational system are 12 accomplished practices that are required in the implementation and success of education as it is required for 2004. This paper will examine each of these 12 practices and show understanding of each of these important practices.

I. Assessment: The teacher who is preparing for a career uses a variety of data that is collected from many various sources and is in the form of both that are both traditional and alternative.
