UN (United Nations) helps us to conduct friendly relations with our allies as well as our advisories and to talk out our differences on Neutral ground. The United Nations is an organization built on Diplomacy and working to solve problems between all countries. NATO’s primary purpose is Collective Security, or the defense and security of all member nations of an association of nations. Naturally, the US’ membership in these groups attributes to using such Foreign Policy tools as previously named above. Terrorism usually comes from a small breakaway faction or rogue military group that hides out in countries that harbors and sometimes protects terrorists. For this reason, something else we (the US) can do to help prevent terrorist attacks is not conduct economic relations with that/those countries.
