Tobacco, smoking, and nicotine are 3 dangerous things that a teenager may be tempted to become addicted to. In order to prevent teens from becoming addicted to tobacco, and in order to restrict the sale of tobacco to underage teens, the government, the parents, the stores, and the teens themselves must play a strong role in keeping this immoral deed from happening. The government, for one, must deal with the providing of information to teens, by taking the affirmative and making it mandatory for schools to provide the information regarding the deadly effects of tobacco and tobacco smoke. newspapers and magazines and online sites popular to teens provide information regarding the harmful effects of tobacco smoke. In this way, the government must take the initiative to get the information out regarding the health hazards of nicotine, including its highly addictive qualities, the effects on the body organs (especially the lungs and heart), and the withdrawal symptoms possible after an attempt to stop.

In dealing with the laws, the government holds a large amount of power. However, while there are laws out there that prohibit the sale of tobacco to underage teens, these laws may easily be ignored without special enforcement. It is the government's job to make sure that police officers and store managers of all types are aware of this law that concerns the sale of tobacco to underage teens. In addition, the government must allow the laws to spread through the public, in order that the citizens know about this law and can report any suspicious behavior. In this way, ...
