Improving self esteem - people need the chance to increase recognition to better their self esteem. Poor self esteem is oftentimes the base of violence. Suicide among different self esteem devastating behavior are frequently the consequence in poor self esteem or lack of recognition in having self esteem. We need to help them overcome the racial, ethnic, religious intolerance, through teaching and to help supply our youths with models on how to communicate, work out problems, plan, create leadership skills, manage their resources, and remove barriers to success without violence. Being involved with constructive activities will help youth develop a social skill and self esteem which will reduce their involvement in risky behavior.
