To me I took vital signs to be the most significant, without it will we nurses be able to treat or understand our patient's conditions. Vitals signs are a group of the four to six most important signs that indicate the status of the body's vital functions. Which are body temperature, blood pressure (BP), pulse, breathing, height, and weight.

Conclusion

I will be able to embed what I learned from vital signs in my career as an RN by knowing how to take and record the signs and do it to the best of my capability. Also know the various methods pertaining to any vital sign and on various types of patients either old, young, sick, healthy, competent, or incompetent. Knowing where exactly to find the best spot on the body for that vitals.
