On the roads of NSW, young drivers are common as they build up the demographic of car drivers. However, they are the most at risk when on the roads. As the Attorney General of the NSW Law Reform Commission, the report will focus on the many contemporary issues of young drivers and the laws, the law reform process that took to solve the issues and assess the effectiveness of the law reform.
