Those with the highest income taxpayers in their areas get much better education than those living in the area where the citizen don’t pay much income tax. As a result, children who have a wealthier parents will most likely to receive a better education. Education is a positive right, to which children should have equal opportunity and access. Therefore, all public schools should spend roughly the same amount per student no matter where the school district is. Equal educational opportunity is critical to the maintenance of a democratic society.
Being educated is developing one’s potential. Proper education is the only solution to fostering and nurturing the innate talents in a person.
