after school programs that existed in elementary school. The classes may be easy compared to more professional ones, but it helped me grow interest in everything. Tap dancing to me was not only a turning point in my life, but also an inspiration to try other activities that may have sparked some interest. I did not realize how much I loved tap dancing until I took the classes, which lead me to wonder if there were other things that would spark the same interest, so I took as many classes and chances there were available to me both in and out of school. I took dance lessons from modern, ballet, jazz, hip hop, ballroom, and hula dancing. For instruments, I tried the piano, violin, and recorder. I also took drawing, acting, chorus, swimming, yoga, and martial art classes.
