What comes to your mind when Singapore is mentioned? Would you imagine a concrete jungle where everything is sparkling clean and filled with lush greenery or would you imagine a food paradise where there is a diversity of cuisines that are all delectable? However, the hideous side would have not crossed your mind. Evidently, the Mass Rapid Transit trains that break down frequently or how Singapore is a cleaned city. Nonetheless, Singapore is a perfectly flawed city. That being the case, there are some unpleasant places in Singapore that I avoid going to for the reason that I dislike them.

shuddered in much revulsion. The coconut milk overpowered the entire dish, leaving me with a queasy feeling. Apart from that, the dish tasted bland ultimately. The eccentric spices which gave the curry its unique characteristics lacked, leaving me in utter disappointment. The chicken was also equally unsatisfactory. It was so undercooked that I could still hear it squawking in my stomach. I would not be surprised if I had food poisoning the following day as the meal was truly egregious.
Other than the hawker centre, I also hold the wet market in disfavour as it is invaded by armies of creepy crawlies scurrying all over the place. Since young, I have always been squeamish about bugs so I would always steer clear of the wet market. At the seafood stall, flies would swarm over the reeking fishes like women crowding around the sale rack when there is a huge bargain in a retail store.
