Because we all experience dreams every night, this speech will discuss the meanings of dreams, some important facts about dreaming, and finally I will talk about a few Scientific theories on dreams.

II. What is a dream?

Dreams are successions of images, ideas, emotions, and sensations that occur involuntarily in the mind during certain stages of sleep.
