I believe that drugs are going to be one of the main uprisings in the next 10 years. This is due to the fact that drugs are constantly being brought up and informed in the media and it has resulted in retrieving these drugs a lot easier on the streets. I read an article a couple of days ago and it was talking about how two police officers investigated a pizza store in Toronto and found marijuana and cocaine that are worth two millions on the streets and lots of cash. I found this pretty appalling how a pizza store can also have a side drug business. it will only dramatically increase. The only reason marijuana isn’t legal is because the government isn’t going to make any money out of it. If marijuana becomes legal, it is likely that you will need a license to sell it and it cannot be grown otherwise. Furthermore, I believe that in terms of other drugs such as cocaine and heroin and so on will not become legal and the increase of those specific drugs won’t be as significant in the next ten years as marijuana. Those other drugs have a huge effect to the minds and can severely hurt you as oppose to marijuana as that does little to no harm to ones self.
