It is my own personal belief that much of today’s problems throughout the world is because people lack the education from the early age through values which when we get older are a vital part of our ethical behavior. Once values are instilled and learned it is very hard to alter or change the negativity of values. A good example of this is in areas or regions where people grow up believing that slavery and/or racism are acceptable just because it is accepted in that culture. Once someone is accustomed to a certain way that things are done it is often hard to change or alter that way of thinking.
