Grandpa

I'd like to thank everyone for your attendance today in commemorating the life of my grandpa, Khaled Abbo, on behalf of my family. Your love, support and heartening ways is what brings us here today to contribute to my grandpa's journey of life. I haven't known my grandpa my entire life, but fortunate enough to have shared 9 years with him, 9 years that makes up half my life time.

Ever since he reunited with his loving family in the year 2003, he has never been in a happier state. He loved his wife and precious family dearly, and always loved to be surrounded by his grandkids. I want my grandma, aunties and uncles to know how very proud you have all made him, because of you; he walked around with his head held high being a loving husband, a caring father to 7 and the greatest grandfather to 18 kids.

Growing up, he always taught his family and others around him to respect and love everyone as our Lord did. He stressed the importance of attending mass, praying to the Christ our Lord and asking him to guide us in times of hardship.
