There are implicit and explicit roles that are essential to state and establish in order to provide for structure and positive interaction in group. during the third session but I missed everyone else’s introductions so I felt awkward when personal self-disclosure started during the third session. I felt the need to discuss more general things first and get to know my classmates in order to ease into more intimate conversations.
