The elements I would incorporate into my ethical training program is sexual harassment discrimination, safety, policy of the company and hazard communication. These are important because employers could get in trouble if these things happen or do not happen. If sexual harassment takes place in the workplace the U.S. Supreme Court has a rule where the employers are held responsible because they should have reasonable care to prevent and correct this type of behavior. Discrimination is the next thing I would have in the program. This goes on a lot in the workplace. Most employers do not want to hire individuals who have a disability problem, talk or work differently. There are employees that discriminate against each other. There are employers who hire who they want and give more people pay time off than some.
