is a medicine that was conceived in the United States about a century ago. It is somewhat of a smorgasbord of medical practices. Naturopathy ascribes to six unifying principals: The healing power of nature. The body will strive to heal itself the physician must remove that which prevents it. Treat the whole person. Not only must their physical needs be met, but any social, emotional, and mental needs that may contribute to their illness. Do no Harm. This tenant of Hypocrites is important to the naturopath, who believes that the more gentle and less invasive a treatment, the better. Treat the Cause.
