Technology has changed the way we live our daily lives and the way we learn and a growing body of research has found that it might have profound effects on our memory, mainly the short-term memory, altering and in some cases impairing its function. People have become dependent on the internet and smartphones for information over the last two decades, but with this, we lose very important aspects of life. People lose memory on the things they learn and lose the communication people have with each other and this can affect future memory recording.

All we have to do to remember a name of a famous movie is simply type keywords into Google. People can now rely on social media websites like Facebook to remember the birthdays of their family members or friends.
As research grows on this topic, researchers are starting to find numerous amounts of health-related and memory loss issues. Mobile technology evolution has had an enormous impact on our brains. This is mainly due to frequent disruptions that challenge the brain's cognitive control system. The monitoring system enables us to accomplish a challenging task within a designated time. There is a substantial amount of evidence that links cell phone use to brain damage. Our brains are sensitive to noise produced by cell phones; say the radio system in the phone that affects the performance of cognitive activities. ...
