There are many issues concerning Assisted Suicide otherwise known as Euthanasia. As quoted in the “Euthanasia WebPages,” it states that the Doctor of Death otherwise known as Jack Kevorkian, is a 70 year-old retired pathologist who has admitted in helping more than 130 people die since the beginning of the 1990’s. Youk, a man who restored vintage racing cars, was one of the many who was suffering from Lou Gehrig’s disease; he is just one of the people that was helped by Doctor Kevorkian to commit suicide. Assisted suicide is wrong in the eyes of God because suicide is a sin. Koop, “Every life is precious and worth fighting for…We must use our constitutional processes, while we still have them, to fight for the rights and lives of older persons and persons with disabilities”. Many agree with Joyce Ann Schooled, “No doctor should be able to decide who lives and who dies.” She also explains that “Euthanasia opens up the opportunity…for almost inconceivable fraud, deception and deceit.”.
