My Interest In The Catholic University Of America

The college I am most interested in right now is The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. ( However I could change my mind within the next couple of mouths or minutes.) I first found out about this college at one of the college mini fairs. It had some of the things I thought I might want to major in, so I put my name on their mailing list. I recieved many catologs in the mail and had just set them aside. It wasn't untill a few weeks ago that I finally started to really look at them all. What brought on my sudden interest was a talk that I had with my guidance councler. We got a list of a some colleges that had architecture programs and lacrosse teams and CUA happened ...

to have advantages that they never had as teenagers. It means a great deal to me to have them be so involved with my future, so more than anything I want to make them proud of me. I want to show them that I can do whatever I put my mind to. I want to be sucsessful in the path I choose, this way they know they have raised a strong and independent person. That is why before choosing where I want to go I want to be sure that it is the right choice for me.
The catologs were helpful, but to get some more information I went to Mrs. Saxton. I needed to know what I had to do to prepare myself for the whole college process. What I found out is that there are a million and one things to do, so I am glad that I didn't wait till the last minute. First I had to fill out the NCAA form for sports and mail it in.
