Children should be allowed to choose any television program that they like because of 2 reasons. First, watching television is a window which helps them discover many things about the world. There are many useful programs on television that helps them know more about the world like they will understand more about Korea culture if they watch Ariang channel, the news program helps them update the worldwide news. Second, after a tired day at school, children should be able to watch the program that they want to watch.
