I am pursuing my bachelor’s degree in pre-law and then will be attending law school to continue my quest towards a law degree leading me to a lustrous career as an attorney. The one thing I will not do as a lawyer is take on cases that are senseless. In the 90's there has been a tremendous increase of law suits dealing with ridiculous issues. There should be a change in the law for these types of cases resulting in a Senseless Lawsuit Act, which would be the art of suing a person or company for the lack of common sense on behalf of the plaintiff.

when they stated it wasn’t about the money. If it wasn’t about the money then why did they bother with the suit in the first place if he was found not guilty of their murders? To me it seems that it was about the money and not who killed their children, if that was the case they would work with OJ to find out who the real killers are.
Recently a lawsuit was filed against a college for a computer course that was too hard. Twelve students failed the course and decided to sue the college because the corse was not as easy as perceived by the school. If I were the judge on this case I would throw it out of court on the basis of the Senseless Lawsuit Act. Is this going to be a way for college students too pay for their education by failing a course or two and then suing the school for the money or even a diploma? Finally there was some justice done on a case involving a restaurant serving an intoxicated male a roast beef sandwich where he choked and died from it. His mother filed suit ...
