Surgery becomes a necessity as women tend to wear trendy footwear two sizes shorter than their normal size. They are not able to wear shoes shorter than their foot frame. Some of them aren't able to wear their shoes as it either causes them pain or prevents them from walking. This is one reason why they opt for surgery and make compromises for the sake of looking fashionable. This can backfire as it can cause disability. There have been a number of podiatrists who condemn this practice. They believe that this practice is immoral and unethical. They also feel that such procedures shouldn't be done unless the patient requires it for some medical reason.
