To determine which level of government is responsible for taking care of issues facing our society, we first need to know what each branch does in or to address our current needs.
The definition of government -The body within an organization and has the authority to make and enforce rules, laws and regulations.
The three levels of government are Federal, State & Local.
The Federal government is relevant to measuring revenues, span of control, and people employed; therefore, making it the dominant factor. This would also include the structure of housing, national capital, investment taxation, Macroeconomic policies, Clear title and Settlement and the Mortgage Markets.
