The Greatest Job

Over my teenage years, I have held quite a few job titles; Sales clerk, baby-sitter and waitress are a few of them. I’ve had some very exciting experiences and I’ve had some unfavorable ones. Sitting for my friend’s family was absolutely my favorite job. Cashiering at a dollar store and working for tips as a waitress was did not compare to how awesome it was to sit with my favorite toddlers while their parents went out. I was not sure about taking on the job, I have younger siblings so I thought I’d try it out. After the first hour of sitting them I discovered that Aiden and Olivia were very gentle and well-mannered children, not to mention entertaining. They would dance around and sing in the living room and we would have fun playing games such as hide-and-go-seek. Aiden would always find me as soon as he would be done counting. Every time we sat to eat they would always be very respectful at the dinner table. I never had a problem with them cooperating with me when it was time for baths and bed. Olivia always had help from her big brother when it came to brushing her teeth. Those two always worked together and were so sweet that I would sometimes forget that I was being paid to take care of them.
