The Kite Runner: Baba

A novel in which Baba a central character in the book ‘The Kite Runner’ but Khaled Hosseini is a story in which Baba a carefully constructed character is used to mirror his sons behaviour; both his flaws and qualities are reflected in his son Amir.

Baba is presented as a very generous man but Amir disagrees “outside the orphanage, the next day, they had ran out of chairs.
