Robespierre was a man that did anything necessary to get the job done; therefore I agree with him. Since he was only trying to defend the Republic I think that if violence was necessary he had the right to use it to help the state stay safe. If Robespierre was the only one courageous enough to stand up and help the state, he should determine if violence is necessary. He may of made a mistake and killed a couple of people thinking they were a threat to the state, but it wasn't just to kill anyone. There are some reasons for all of this though
