Looking back we can see how America made poor decisions in relation to Vietnam. Vietnam is an invitation only to amnesia- a hard and numb scar we prefer not to notice. (1) The U.S. involvement in the Vietnam conflict was not justified. The country it was backing in the war made immoral decisions. The country it was against, was determined and would stop at nothing to gain independence.
