Many cows also contain many health problems that may lead to the diagnosis of antibiotics. Antibiotics are used in cows today from birth to death. Since not all cows are born with perfect health, they are fed antibiotics to treat their infections; the more severe the infection, the heavier the dose of antibiotic. Theses antibiotics end up in the milk we drink. As multiple antibiotics are being fed to cows, the bacteria are mutating and adapting to the drugs, therefore our milk is at a risk of contamination. Milk alone contains up to 80 different antibiotics. This means the milk we drink are full of antibiotics that we don't need and that can also cause the antibiotics that we personally take ineffective. Treated cow milk has a lower quality than untreated cow milk. (Lori Lipinski)
